Recipe | Sparkling Rosemary & Lavender Gin Cocktail

Celebrate with something delectably different this New Years Eve! Rosemary and Lavender aren’t usuaully the go-to flavours for festive cocktails, but trust me, this merry little concotion is so refreshing, sparky and delicious, it will be the showstopper at any party. It’s simple to prep, and the key ingredient is already bottled and ready to go. The best Lavender gin (and what I always recommend to friends) is this bottle by The Old Curiosity Secret Garden available from

The rosemary syrup will need to be made in advance, but don’t be put off by this part. It’s quick and easy and a large batch can be store in the fridge for a month.
